Bike Rack Adapter Kit For U.S. Cap Rack

This removable bike rack adapter kit attaches to the U.S. Cap Rack to allow you to carry bicycles on either side of the vehicle. The 1-1/8 inch horizontal posts which can be removed in seconds will accept most Rocky Mounts, Yakima and Thule bike trays. The kit (one side) comes complete with 2 side plates, 2 horizontal removable posts, 4 backing plates, mounting bolts and a security strap.

The security strap pulls the bicycle inward slightly to eliminate movement and must be used at all times.
Each mounting plate has 5 holes to allow flexibility in mounting the wide range of bike tray configurations available. All plates have been powder coated to match the U.S. Cap Rack.
